Most of the children, the meals are full, so you do not do to heat. I pack my lunch more children with an ice pack can be purchased in the section of most stores like Target, where they sell lunchpails and plastic containers.
Some foods may have pack:
Sandwiches like ham, turkey, ham or peanut butter and jelly
Roll up, they are the same kinds of things that a traditional sandwich, mayonnaise, mustard, breakfast meats pallets, cucumber, cheese was, but wrapped in a flour tortilla in half and
Carrot or celery sticks
Gogurt "ongoing" Yoghurt (long pipes made of yogurt), pop May for lunch
Packed boxes or Capri Sun fruit juice
Mott's potato packaging (you can throw a plastic spoon)
Cookies (depending on the age of the child, fish crackers, Club crackers, Ritz, Wheat diluted, etc.)
Cheese sticks (like cheese, they even sell cut cheese into fun shapes now, if you have small children and want to eatit)
Cookies
Fruit (try the frozen grapes that something very good frozen and thawed, or just cold!)
If you have a are finicky, he does not eat sandwiches, you can bake, cut into squares and in Turkey, ham or cheese, so they can make their own batteries cracked Lil. This makes it fun and (eat well and still much cheaper than buying the prepackaged lunchable)
It must just kidding! :-) You are growing so fast!
cogens bags buy ice cream ... different ways .... We have baseball, football, basketball Soccor ...... 2 Luch keep all the cold all day. My husband Iron 10 hours too many days .... Bout then u can pack anything.
I saw a sandwich puzzle the other day. Take a snack and use a stamp in the middle, then you will cut the paper out of the bread, it looks like a puzzle.
Cut the fruit / vegis.
Ziplock bag popcorn bag.
Trail mix.
Try varying the sandwiches - use bread / pita / bagels / English muffins, tortillas - not so bored with the same thing.
